Basic monitor calibration
Calibrating your monitor in order to get the best out of details and colors of displayed photos. It's a basic process and a first step in monitor calibration, if you want to set it more accurately I suggest using specific software tools for your related hardware. To obtain a good basic calibration you should adjust your display contrast and brightness until you see perfectly all gray tones, including black (100%) and white areas (0%).
